Hackberry Creek Living Magazine is a bimonthly publication that is received by approximately 1,250 homes in Hackberry Creek.
PAYING FOR ADS
All payment is required up-front. Ads prepaid for one year receive a 10% discount. The yearly rate is due when the first ad is placed. Ad space is limited. Ads are placed on a first-come, first-served, basis. Payment is due on the 10th of the month before the delivery of the magazine to homes: i.e., each odd-numbered month (January, March, May, July, September, November).
E-mail print-ready (300 dpi) ads in PDF, JPEG, or Adobe Illustrator format to Nancy Miller: firstname.lastname@example.org. Ads that are not print-ready will be charged an hourly rate for graphic design.

Hackberry Creek Living Magazine is a bimonthly publication that is received by approximately 1,250 homes in Hackberry Creek. Hackberry Creek homeowners are a prestigious group of residents with tremendous purchasing power. The combined value of the neighborhood is over $600M dollars.
READERSHIP: As the neighborhood magazine of Hackberry Creek, Hackberry Creek Living is widely read by our residents. In a survey of residents:
1. 95% of survey respondents stated that they read Hackberry Creek Living, with two or more readers being reported in two-thirds of the households.
2. 66% stated that they were more likely or much more likely to do business with a Hackberry Creek Living advertiser.
