We hope you like your new neighborhood as much as we enjoy living here! We encourage all residents to visit the office for a brief, new homeowner orientation. It takes about 20 minutes, and you will get access stickers and information about vehicle registration. The orientation will give you lots of helpful information on community standards, procedures, and who to contact for what.

Homeowner Association
Office & Staff
Our Homeowners Association staff is available to handle any neighborhood issue you might have. The office is open on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In addition, the office phone system allows residents to leave after-hours messages for the Village Manager, Administrative Assistant, Compliance Coordinator, or the Security Captain. They can also be connected to our after-hours answering service that handles common area emergencies.
You may call the office at 972-401-4946 if you have any questions regarding the operation of the Village. The names and contact numbers for the Village Manager and all staff can be found on the Contact page or by clicking here.
